1st Signs Of Pregnancy

1st Signs Of Pregnancy

Now if you're eager to get pregnant and you want to have that little bundle of joy and you think you have succeeded here are some of the 1st signs of pregnancy.

One of the first symptoms of pregnancy you may notice is your breast will feel sore and tender. The darkening of the areolas and or the veins in your chest may be more pronounced. Another sign is that you may feel more fatigued as the hormones start increasing in your body. For many women tiredness continues through the first trimester.

Nausea can be another sign that usually comes along in the 6th week but some women can experience this much earlier in the pregnancy. Frequent urination as your body produces extra fluids which has your bladder working overtime. Headaches can be another sign as the hormones start to flow but stay away from the ibuprofen and other drugs just to be safe.

Backaches are common and will probably continue throughout your pregnancy as you gain weight and the shifting center of gravity throw your posture out of whack. cramping can also be a sign as your uterus is stretching to get ready for the baby.

Mood swings for sure from the increase of hormones and if you have been watching your body temperature trying to get pregnant and notice it stays elevated beyond two weeks you may be pregnant.

Other symptoms may be an elevated sensitivity to odors, dizziness or fainting as your blood sugars and or blood pressure may be low. Make sure you eat enough and stay well-hydrated.

Spotting but much lighter than normal. What you may be experiencing is implantation bleeding where the fertilized egg attaches to the uterine wall and causes a little bleeding.

Many of the 1st signs of pregnancy are also symptoms of PMS but if you are late on your period you better head to the drug store to pick up a pregnancy test. If you get a negative result and you still don't get your period, it just might just be too early for the test to detect. Wait a few days and try again. And if it's positive -- congratulations!

Infertility treatment

Infertility can be caused by many various reasons but both men and women can find help and treatment for this situation. These include diseases like endometriosis, diminished ovarian reserve, ovulation disorders, and low progesterone level. Low sperm count and low sperm motility, STD, injury or chronic diseases, sperm blockage and ageing are some of the reasons for men .If you are trying to get pregnant there are certain natural treatments you should try first as opposed to drugs and surgery .

Most of the above mentioned infertility problems can be cured by systematic treatment and scheduled drugs but they may have harmful side effects. These treatments may be of no help for ageing and chronic diseases though. Treatments such as IVF (In Vetro Fertilization) and ICSI (Intracytopasmic Sperm Injection) can be quite expensive and these treatments are only suggested when other techniques fail to give results.

Alternative techniques with a holistic approach are fast becoming popular in order to cure the problem of infertility. These techniques are all the more preferred by people as these have less or no side effects at all.

Acupuncture, especially of the ear has been found to be very effective in the cases where female infertility has been caused by some kind of malfunction of the ovaries. In accordance to the investigative trials, those women who have received acupuncture treatments 30 times within a period of 3 months have shown good results. Those women who underwent hormonal therapy along with it suffered from various side effects so the natural treatment is a much safer option.

In alternative treatment techniques, diet and lifestyle changes are given a lot of importance. Caffeine in coffee, chocolate, soda, green tea (containing caffeine), black tea have harmful side effects on conception and are discouraged. According to a study, one and a half cups of coffee for a woman who is trying to get pregnant is sure to delay her conception. Thus coffee is a strictly a no-no for patients suffering from infertility.

Diets that include fish contaminated with PCB or Polychlorinated Biphenyls are also believed to be a cause for substantial reduction in the ability to become pregnant. According to one study, women who had more than one meal containing fish contaminated with PCBs (procured from Lake Ontario), developed reduced fecundity within a month.

The holistic approach of Chinese medicine has been proven to be a better choice to treating infertility. With the holistic approach of Chinese medicine which reaches to the depth of the problem and only then delivers physical, spiritual as well as emotional treatment rather than only investigating physical problems. On the other side, the conventional approach to the problem of infertility fails to successfully detect and remove the real causes and moreover causes more side effects. The holistic approach suggests a natural remedy and a way of life that can really solve the problem as soon as the real cause is determined.
